Santa Eulalia, on Passeig de Gracia 93, is a
beautiful multibrand store. It was completely redesigned a couple of years ago,
by William Solfield. William Solfield is a renowned architect who has designed
stores as Gucci, Bottega Veneta, Tom Ford, Boucheron or YSL. This Store has a
large history and they have conserved many elements from their previous establishments. This 168 years old store,
has been able to modernize. They have pop up stores to promote merging and
young designers. They also have a nice restaurant where you can go anytime of
the day. The chef and director of the café, Sylvia Quintero, offers some nice
sweet and savory bites. They also have a lunch menu; the kitchen is open from
12.30 till 4.
You can also get some prêt à porter delicatessen as the Oriol Balguer macarons, Pancracio chocolates and jams, and my favorite tea from Mariages Frères. The ambiance, with posters from the 20's and 30's, the bar, recuperated from an old bar from Toulouse, the chairs Thonet, designed in1910 with a new Liberty tapisserie, their marble coffee tables will make you feel special while shopping. The beautiful terrace is the heart of the store, in a stylish and modern atmosphere. The café has just released their new summer menu with dishes as burrata with raf tomatoes, vegetables wok, salmorejo and wild prawns basmati rice.

They are also offering, " pop up
lunches", to get to know the best from famous Spanish chefs. Each month you will be able to taste
something from those wonderful chefs. In June, they are offering a berry
yoghurt mousse with lyophilized red fruits and dark chocolate, made with the
ingredients of the Chef Box by Albert and Ferran Adrià. You can also purchase
those chef boxes, at the store or online, and become a star chef for your family at home.
In the coming months you will get to try those
wonders from famous Spanish chefs.
